We spend a lot of time with small business owners, seeing the passion you bring to what you do, whether it’s web design, landscaping, or dog walking. Along the way, we’ve noticed something small business owners definitely don’t love: creating, sending, and tracking invoices. So we created Intuit Billing Manager to take the hassle out of billing, so people can focus on doing what’s really important.
You want to spend your time providing your customers with great products and services, not billing. If that sounds like you, sign up now for Intuit Billing Manager—it’s fast, easy, and free.
We’re a small team inside Intuit, a big company with a long history of helping small businesses with products like QuickBooks, Quicken and TurboTax. Our little group is filled with passionate, committed people who want to solve important problems for small businesses. We’ll be writing on the blog and listening to your feedback on how to make Billing Manager just right for you, so we look forward to being in touch and getting to know you!
We thrive on talking with people. We want to know what you think of Intuit Billing Manager: Does it work for you? What’s awesome? What needs to be improved? Let us know by sending us a message at info@billingmanager.com.
When you hear that something is FREE, most people’s first reaction is “what’s the catch?”. So let’s put that question to rest right now. Billing Manager is free—you can create online invoices for free, you can track your customers and payments for free, you can use your own logo for free and so on. So how do we make money?
There is an optional electronic payment service (QuickBooks Merchant Service) that is fully integrated with Billing Manager. It costs money. It lets you process credit cards in Billing Manager. It also lets your customers pay your invoices online. You don’t have to do this (ever), and you can happily use Billing Manager for free. But our hope is that for some businesses, accepting credit cards and letting their customer pay online will help them get paid faster and more easily. That’s it, that’s the catch.
