Let customers pay you online

If you have Quickbook Merchant Service, all the invoices that you e-mail can be paid online by credit card. After your customer pays you online, you will be notified by e-mail of the payment, and the invoice will move automatically to the Paid folder. E-mailed invoices do not have to be paid online. If your customer chooses to give you cash or check, you simply record the payment.
