Manage your address book

  1. Click My Address Book in the left navigation panel to display a list of your contacts.

  2. Invoice tasks

    Note that for customers, the outstanding balance is displayed in the right column.

  3. Click Create a Contact to enter information for a new contact.

  4. Click a link to perform the task you want for this contact.

    Show Details This displays detailed information about the contact, adds a History button, shows any amount due, and displays additional task links for this customer's invoices.

    Create an Invoice This opens a new invoice for the customer with the name and address information pre-filled.

    Delete This removes a contact permanently from your address book. If you have sent an invoice to a contact, you can't delete the contact.

    Map This displays this contact's address in Google Maps.
